Selamat Tinggal, Sawadee and Kia Ora !

Ok Thailand was, as always, very entertaining with the added bonus of cheap as chips shopping and eating - however, we didn't find the yacht for us out there, so we did a short hop to Singapore, then a long hop to Auckland, New Zealand, or Aotearoa as it is known locally.
We have based ourselves in Whangarei and we're staying at a lovely little B-n-B outside of town.  We've looked at a lot of yachts, really, a lot of yachts!  This place, apart from being incredibly beautiful at every turn of the road, is yachtie heaven!  We covered most of this part of the North Island - Russell was my personal favourite, and we hope to visit again via the water next time.
Nothing set in concrete yet, don't want to jinx anything, but there is a strong contender - not saying too much in case it all goes pear shaped at some stage, but please keep your fingers crossed for us and here's a little teaser in the form of Mike standing by the transom.  More news soon, bye for now.
